Events and Workshop Cancellation Policy

 

Please read the following policy carefully before booking an event, workshop, course, lesson, or 1:1 session ("EVENT").

 

1. Booking Confirmation

Accurate Information: Ensure you check the date and time of the EVENT before completing your booking. No amendments will be made after booking.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Exemption from Consumer Contracts Regulations: By booking an EVENT, you agree that this booking is exempt from cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for activity/leisure services.No Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed, your right to a refund ceases.Rebooking Opportunity: You will be offered one opportunity to book an alternate date if you need to amend your booking.

 

3. Amendments by Brown Paper Loves

Full Refund: If Brown Paper Loves amends the booking, a full refund will be offered.

 

4. Late Arrivals

Automatic Cancellation: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking will automatically be cancelled.Rebooking Opportunity: You will be offered one opportunity to rebook for an alternate date if you are late.Thank you for understanding and adhering to our policy.
